Program terms

  1. Commission. You earn 20% of the subscription payments we receive from each company you refer, for its first 12 months as a paying customer. Commission is based on the amount actually paid, before taxes, and stops if the customer cancels or stops paying.
  2. Who counts as your referral. A company counts as yours when it signs up using your referral link or code and was not already a DOT Compliance Watch customer or active trial. If two partners refer the same company, the first code or link used counts.
  3. Payment. We pay commission monthly, by the 15th of the month, for payments we received in the previous month. Refunded or charged-back payments are not commissionable.
  4. Honest promotion. Tell the people you refer that you may receive a commission. Don't make claims about the product, pricing or compliance results that aren't on our website, and don't send spam or use our name in paid search ads without permission.
  5. No self-referrals. You can't earn commission on your own company's account.
  6. Changes. We may update these terms or end the program with 30 days' notice. Commission you've already earned will still be paid. Either of us can end your participation at any time.
  7. Taxes. You're an independent partner, not an employee, and you're responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for a W-9 before paying.
