Post-Accident Testing Deadlines
Alcohol: within 8 hours
Drugs: within 32 hours

Drugs: 50% of drivers per year
Alcohol: 10% of drivers per year
Driver File Checklist
Application, MVR, CDL copy, medical cert, road test, drug test result, prior employer checks.
Annual Inspection
Required every 12 months for every truck and trailer. Must be done by a qualified inspector.
